Happy Friday. Another job complete and another happy Client! Thanks Nigel and Debbie!... Nigel & Debbie 28th October 2020 Cambridge Near the end of last year, we began our search for a Project Manager to help us convert our double garage into an additional two bedrooms with ensuite, and a new laundry. Being new to the area, we didn’t have any recommendations so could only hope that we picked the right team for the job. We met quite a few Project Managers over the weeks and months, but just one stood out Josh Jennings of Kit Markin Homes. He listened to what it was we were hoping to do on our budget, gave us some suggestions and options, and talked us through what needed to be done before the work could start. Josh was genuine, very knowledgeable, and professional. Josh took control of everything and got things moving quickly. It was a relief to have him on-board. Josh’s team of contractors were great. They too were professional, respectful, and timely, and knew how to get their part of the job done without any hassle. The builders, in particular, Steve and Scott, were an absolute pleasure. Both incredibly hard-working, experienced, reliable and genuinely lovely people to have around. We expected the process of renovating to be quite a stressful time, and it simply wasn’t. Josh and his team made the whole experience smooth and easy. Setting aside the extras we asked for, we came in within budget, and the finished job simply outstanding - not only the quality of work done but the seamless match with our existing home. The valuer was also impressed by the renovation, commenting not only on the seamless additions but said that it was by far one of the more superior renovations he had seen and for an amount considerably less than most pay. We can’t thank Josh, Steve and Scott enough for their excellent work. They exceeded our expectations every step of the way, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are about to build a 2 storied dwelling here and this shed has gotta-go asap. The shed is located in Cambridge east. In relatively good condition.... If you or anybody wants this shed, please message us. One man's trash is another man's treasure.

Next month will mark a year since Josh travelled over to Combodia and joined the global build team to construct living accommodation for the extreme poor with habitat for humanity. It feels like a lifetime ago now, and with Covid 19 we are curious to know when things go back to normal,(if that's such a thing) so we can do this experience again!

Sad news today as we learned that Dr Ian McCullough has passed away. He was a fantastic Doctor and a highly respected member of our community. We were privileged to work in with him when we built the Cambridge medical centre addition. ... We offer our condolences to his family and close friends. RIP

Very cool to see Scott receive this supervisors certification today. He’s a very diligent builder and we have seen a high amount of Carpentry skills shining through in the last 2 years! Well done mate you stuck in there and this is well deserved
